Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Area
Bloomz proudly delivers to the greater Jacksonville, Florida area, including surrounding neighborhoods and select nearby communities. Delivery availability is automatically confirmed at checkout based on your address.
Delivery Method
All orders are hand-delivered by a Bloomz team member to ensure the highest level of care, freshness, and presentation.
Delivery Timing
- Delivery is normally within 2 days from the time orders are placed before 6:00 PM EST.
- During peak floral holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), delivery windows may vary.
Delivery Fees
A flat-rate local delivery fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout. Certain extended areas may incur an additional fee.
Recipient Delivery Issues
If the recipient is not available at the delivery location, our driver will attempt one of the following:
- Leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location (weather permitting),
- Leave the arrangement with a front desk/concierge (if applicable), or
- Contact the recipient for instructions.
If none of the above are possible, the arrangement will be returned to Bloomz and a redelivery fee may apply.
Return & Exchange Policy
Freshness Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. All Bloomz arrangements are created using fresh, high-quality flowers. If your flowers do not meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Refund Eligibility
Returns are not accepted for fresh floral products, but we may offer:
- A replacement arrangement,
- A partial refund, or
- A full refund (case-by-case).
Eligibility for refunds or replacements may require photos of the delivered product.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before your scheduled delivery.
Same-day cancellations after this window may incur a fee or be ineligible for refund due to the custom nature of floral design.
